You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team:

Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Step 2: Package Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Write your order number on the outside of the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number for reference
  • Ship to the return address provided by our customer service team

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item doesn't match the product description

In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer-Paid Returns

For returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price of the returned item
  • Original shipping charges (if the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or alternative product. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Return the original item following the return process
  3. Place a new order for the replacement item

Note: We recommend placing a new order immediately to ensure availability, especially for popular items.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include your order number

Resolution Options

We'll work with you to resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement product (if available)

Wrong Item Received

  • We'll send the correct item with expedited shipping at no additional charge

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and only want to return some of them, that's perfectly fine. Simply indicate which items you're returning when you contact our customer service team.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed in USD.
